VRV Hotel

A hotel in McAllen wanted an energy efficient hotel without having to use chilled water system.  They decided on a Daikin VRV heat recovery system that can provide independent heating or cooling temperature control for each room.  The Daikin VRV inverter compressor offers great energy efficiency, and the heat recovery feature provides efficient heating by transferring heat from hotel rooms requiring cooling to the hotel rooms requiring heating. 

Daikin Applied RTUs were provided to treat the outside air for the hotel.  Quantity (3) Daikin Applied Maverick 2 units were provided to cool and dehumidify the outside air by using multiple stages of cooling and a modulating hot gas reheat coil.

Lennox Split Systems were provided to cool the first floor common areas.
